Obituary for Robert E. Boudreau

Dateline: Clifton Park, NY
Robert E. Boudreau, 76, of Moe Road died at home surrounded by his family on Saturday, February 06, 2016. He was born on August 12, 1939 in Cohoes, NY and was the son of the late Leo and Lillian (White) Boudreau. He was a US Navy veteran who honorably served until 1962. Bob was a machine operator at Mohawk Paper Mill in Waterford for over 20 years. He retired in 2001.
An avid Buffalo Bills football fan who enjoyed games with his family and spending time with his grandchildren. Also survived by his canine daughter and little buddy Abbey and feline friend Molly.
He was the beloved husband of Joan Marie (Suydam) Boudreau; loving father of Terri Boudreau, Jacqulyn (Mark) Leary and Amy Boudreau; cherished grandfather of Cory, Kiahlyn, Ryan and Laurel; brother of the late John Boudreau and his late wife Norma (Gillie) and their children Russell, John and Debra.
Funeral will be held on Wednesday at 10 am at Townley & Wheeler Funeral Home, 21 Midline Road, Ballston Lake, NY 1201
Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Tuesday from 4-7 at the funeral home.
Interment will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Waterford.
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Robert Boudreau be made to the Cancer Research Institute or an Animal Rescue Organization of your choosing.
