Condolence: So very sorry to hear of your loss. I will fondly remember all of the McDonough family as I lived next door growing up on Oaklawn Ave. My brother Gary and I often speak of you all, and are saddened to have lost contact with you. Please know you all of thought of often, and certainly at this very sad time.

Condolence: Dear Laurie, Dana, Kathy, Brian, Marianne and all the Mcdonough family. I am so very sorry to hear about the loss of Tim. I have so many fond memories of growing up next door to your family and all the happy fun times that we had. There aren't too many people that can remember the flying Timmy punch and all the rowdy times that Brian and I had with Tim. He was the person who was able to get me interested in the guitar and taught me my first two songs. He even taught me without yelling at me! I'm sorry to have lost contact with the family over the years but you are all thought of often. May God be with you all at this time and know that Tim is now with your Brother, Mom and Dad.

Condolence: Laurie, very sorry to hear of Tim’s passing. As you know, I worked with Tim for over a decade and had much respect for him as a boss and friend. My prayers are with you and the family.

Condolence: We had such great times growing up together! I always looked up to Tim as the strongest of the group. I remember one time when my VW bug needed repairs. I brought it to Tim. Within miles of leaving his garage, I heard a BOUNCE BOUNCE BOUNCE! The rear tire went flying off. While Tim was working on the car, we were goofing around so much, he forgot to tighten all the lug nuts. We all laughed so hard. Another time, we were all camping at Sacandaga Lake. We were once again goofing around and busting on each other. One of us (won't mention names, except it was not me ~ I knew better) relentlessly kept busting on Tim. Finally, after what seemed like forever and constant ball busting, Tim finally lost his patience. He went to the upstairs of the lodge where his tormentor was, walked right up to him, and punched him right in the face! Complete silence in the lodge. Then we heard screaming. Tim knocked the front teeth out of this guy. It was crazy! But there were so many good times, I can go on forever. The ONE thing I will always remember and admire about Tim was how much he adored Laurie. I always admired him for how much he loved you Laurie. Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend the services, but my thoughts and prayers will be with you. Rest in peace my friend, I know you will be forever looking down on us with that Irish smile of yours!
